Rachel has more than a 20 years’ experience in the healthcare industry, primarily in home infusion and revenue cycle. Starting her career as a pharmacy technician and then transitioned into the revenue cycle as a biller and from there continued into Revenue Cycle leadership. Currently, Rachel serves as the Director of Business Office for Fairview Health Solutions, combining her experience with Home Infusion Revenue cycle as well as the Epic EHR software. Rachel has been involved with NHIA for over a decade including serving on the NHIA PARC committee starting in 2011 and the Education Committee as of 2022.
