Rachel has more than a 20 years’ experience in the healthcare industry, primarily in home infusion and revenue cycle. Starting her career as a pharmacy technician and then moved into the revenue cycle as a biller and from there continued into Revenue Cycle leadership. Currently Rachel is at Coram/CVS Health as a Senior Manager, Rev Cycle with a focus on process improvement and innovation. Rachel has been involved with NHIA for over a decade including serving on the NHIA PARC committee starting in 2011 and the Education Committee as of 2022.
