Pharmacist with a background in home infusion, focused on patient safety, quality improvement, and previously, clinical operations. Much of my work centers around root cause analysis, development of corrective and preventative actions in order drive positive change in systems and to drive improved outcomes. I enjoy working collaboratively with other departments in order to find practical, sustainable ways to make care safer and more effective.
