This station focuses on advanced aseptic manipulations, including manual and automated reconstitution, preparation of final dosage forms (e.g., syringes, bags, elastomeric devices), and the use of automated compounding devices (ACDs). Participants will practice best techniques for minimizing contamination risks, maintaining first air, and ensuring precise medication preparation. Key concepts such as anti-coring techniques, filtration, and the importance of proper device calibration and tubing changes will be explored.
