This session explores practical strategies to promote effective communication throughout the patient admission process for home infusion services involving biosimilar therapy. Participants will gain insight into approaches for streamlining communication and strengthening coordination among patients, nursing teams, and pharmacy teams to support safe, timely, and patient-centered transitions to home infusion.
