Competency and training are always a challenge. Not only is defining what needs to be documented challenging but finding the forms and other documents for these tasks are also a challenge. The session will describe what needs to be documented and different ways to accomplish these tasks.

Learning Objectives

Describe how the documentation can fulfill the requirements and ways to develop the forms.

Describe various ways to design forms for training and competency.

Describe how this process can be incorporated into an electronic format as well.
