What are you most looking forward to at the NHIA Annual Conference?

We’re most looking forward to connecting with infusion leaders and having real, hands-on conversations about how the industry is evolving. NHIA is always a great opportunity to hear directly from providers about what’s working, what’s changing, and where data and technology can make the biggest impact. We’re excited to learn from the community, share ideas, and explore how infusion organizations are adapting their growth and sales strategies in an increasingly competitive environment.

What are the biggest challenges your customers are currently facing?

Many of our customers are navigating increased competition for referrals, tighter margins, and rising pressure to do more with fewer resources. Teams are being asked to be more strategic, more targeted, and more productive, often without clear visibility into referral patterns, market share, or competitor activity. Another key challenge is aligning teams around the same data and insights so that leadership, sales, and operations can move forward with confidence and clarity.
