What are you most looking forward to at the NHIA Annual Conference?
We are looking forward to engaging directly with home infusion providers, pharmacy leaders, and industry partners to better understand the evolving needs of the market. NHIA provides a unique opportunity to exchange insights around clinical best practices, operational efficiency, digital transformation, patient adherence, and the overall patient experience in the home setting. It is also a valuable forum to strengthen partnerships and discuss how technology can help providers navigate reimbursement pressures, workforce constraints, increasing therapy complexity, and the growing need for measurable adherence and outcomes.
What are the biggest challenges your customers are currently facing?
Home and alternate site infusion providers are navigating several significant challenges:
- Increasing therapy complexity in non-acute environments - Staffing shortages and the need for simplified, intuitive systems
- Reimbursement pressures and cost containment
- The need for improved visibility into device utilization, therapy performance, and patient adherence
- Ensuring patient safety while supporting mobility and independence
- Supporting consistent patient adherence to prescribed infusion regimens outside the hospital setting
Providers are seeking solutions that enhance operational efficiency, reduce training burden, improve compliance and adherence visibility, and ultimately support better patient outcomes in decentralized care environments and we are supporting them to achieve this.
