Can you share a brief summary of what your company does and how that fits into the home & alternate site infusion industry?
Accelerate Pharmacy Solutions (APS), part of Cencora, helps health systems protect and grow their infusion program by building or optimizing diversified sites of care, including home infusion, ambulatory infusion suites (AIS), and ambulatory infusion centers (AIC). We combine market and leakage insights with hands-on execution support so teams can enable patient access and improve revenue integrity as site-of-care rules keep shifting.
What are you most looking forward to at the NHIA Annual Conference?
We’re looking forward to connecting with infusion leaders who are actively working through payer site-of-care restrictions and sharing what we’re seeing across the market. NHIA is also a great chance to have practical conversations about how to move from business model strategy to high-performing infusion programs.
What are the biggest challenges your customers are currently facing?
Health systems are facing a growing infusion market, but headwinds are making it harder to capture that growth, especially as payer site-of-care policies shift treatments out of hospital outpatient departments. Many organizations also struggle with fragmented intake and referral workflows, which accelerates leakage, slows time-to-therapy, and creates downstream reimbursement and denial risk.
What are you most excited to share with attendees at the conference?
We are excited to share how our innovative products can support conference attendees and the patients they care for
What are you most excited to share with attendees at the conference?
We’re excited to share a holistic, end-to-end approach to infusion strategy: strengthen referral capture and navigation early, use more disciplined routing to the right site, and bring new home/AIS/AIC capacity online based on market opportunity. At the booth, attendees can see how APS supports the full journey from concept to go-live - including licensing/accreditation, staffing models, SOPs and clinical protocols, technology enablement, and revenue cycle optimization to help sites perform and scale.
