What are the biggest challenges your customers are currently facing?
The home infusion and alternate site industry is ripe with challenges, and those complexities can be present in all facets of their operations. Whether it’s procurement of medications, pharmacy management, revenue cycle, reimbursement, logistics to and from the home and pharmacy, etc., those challenges can sometimes make or break the long-term viability of their programs. So, it’s important for us to holistically understand their concerns so that we can build our solution around addressing those specific issues and then help mitigate those challenges before they become bigger and more problematic.
What are you most excited to share with attendees at the conference?
